The main raw materials of SmCo permanent magnets are samarium and cobalt rare earth elements. SmCo magnet is the alloy magnet which produced through Power Metallurgy technology that is made into a blank by Melting, Milling, Compression Molding, Sintering, and Precision Machining.SmCo Magnet as the second generation of rare earth permanent magnets,not only has high BH(14-32Mgoe) and reliable Hcj, but also shows good temperature characteristics in rare earth permanent magnets. SmCo Magnet is only the permanent magnets with high BH max, high Hcj and high Br. Meanwhile, it has a very low temperature coefficient (-0.03%/°C) and can be used at both high and low temperatures. The maximum operating temperature is 350°C, and the negative temperature is about minus 200°C.SmCo Magnet has a strong corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance. It can be normally used at room temperature or high temperature without coating. If the product is used in severe acid corrosive wet environment, we can provide a variety of coating to meet customer's requirements.Our SmCo permanent magnet is widely used in motors, instruments, sensors, detectors, various magnetic transmissions and other high-tech fields.
